Coaching is a process that enables people to achieve their full potential by making the best use of their own resources to achieve some goal or develop specific skills. It is about making important changes in their lives whether they want more or less of something.
A fundamental part of the coaching process is the relationship between the coach and the client. This relationship is about YOU “the client”, where the total focus is on YOU, on what YOU want in your life, and on what will help YOU achieve it.
