Burren Life Balance centre provides life and
business coaching, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) massage
therapies and many other complementary therapies to individuals, and
small or large groups to enable them to achieve their dreams, goals
and potential. Located at “Burren Atedaun” a 32 acre working farm,
overlooking the village of Corofin in County Clare, the centre also
provides residential accommodation in three separate cottages. Each of
the properties lies in the shadows of the Mullagh Mor Mountains and
appreciates fantastic views of the Burren landscape and Lake Atedaun.
The location makes “Burren Atedaun” the ideal place for that “retreat”
or “stress buster” whether you are looking for a 1-1 personal design
package or as part of a group.
The centre is not only a place that allows people
the opportunity to evaluate their life using an holistic approach but
also is a platform for education and development in the workshops
which are run throughout the year.

Corofin is famously known as “The Gateway to the
Burren” which makes Burren Atedaun, Corofin, the perfect
location and base to explore West Clare and beyond taking in the many
amenities and attractions. Within a short distance you can experience
the Atlantic beaches; Lahinch is a bustling seaside resort, popular
for its long beach, surfing and golf links. Also within a short drive
you can experience the breathtaking views of the Cliffs of Moher,
visit Doolin, Lisdoonvarna, the Aran Islands, Aliwee Caves, Bunratty
Castle and Folk Park to name but a few. Ennis the county town of Clare
is 8 miles away. The market town consists of narrow streets and
laneways dating back to medieval times and many fine old buildings.
The town has become an important centre for traditional music and
hosts the second largest traditional music festival in Ireland each
year.
Corofin is a peaceful and picturesque village
steeped in folklore, music, song and dance on the banks of the River
Fergus. As well as Lake Atedaun, close to the village is Lake
Inchiquin, a haven for fishermen. The village is also home of the
Clare Heritage Museum and Genealogical Centre. Corofin is famous for
traditional music and dance hosting a festival each year and Teach
Ceilidhe provides traditional entertainment each week throughout July
and August. There are many fine pubs and restaurants which have
nightly entertainment all year round. The traditional streets house a
good selection of shops. |
